About kaleidofin:

Kaleidofin is a fintech platform that propels customers towards their real-life goals by providing tailored financial solutions (financial plans that are bundles of financial products like savings, investments, insurance, liquidity and credit). We focus on customers who are working in the informal sector (800-900 million customers in India work in the informal sector without any documented evidence of income). Today, Kaleidofin serves customers across seven states of India.

Each financial solution is delivered via an easy to use mobile app. We use machine learning algorithms and leverage the full Indiastack to curate the right set of financial products, transform this into a solution personalized to each customers’ unique needs and characteristics, helping them to improve their relationship with their finances, create better financial behaviours, and achieve their life’s goals. We have partnered with six asset management companies, two banks and three insurance companies in order to provide a full financial plan to the customer. Our ambition is to provide wealth management where it matters the most to millions of informal sector customers.


  • As a Solutions Manager, you will be supporting identification, on-boarding & manage partnerships across one or more of Kaleidofin’s platform channels Payment Solution Providers, Insurance Providers, Finance Partners, Mutual Funds & Assets Management Companies.
  • This key role will report to the Head of Solutions and have high visibility at senior levels of the company including business heads and the CEO. You will need to work with a high degree of independence, ownership and collaboration with internal stakeholders across risk, finance, analytics, and business teams. An ideal candidate will be proactive, action-biased and have an innovative, creative, analytical, technical, and strategic thinking ability with a passion for growth.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Support solutions team in building strong back-end partnerships across one or more of Kaleidofin’s partnership channels viz. Payment Solution Providers, Insurance Providers, Finance Partners, Mutual Funds & Assets Management Companies.
  • Handle operations vis-a-vis solutions partners. It will involve areas related but not limited to insurance feed, Loan Management System, Mutual Fund investments etc.
  • Identify new tie-ups to provide unique solutions to support business team
  • Manage existing relationship with solution partners
  • Work with tech & data science team to identify & execute partnership with right solution partners
  • Work with network & corporate partnerships teams to receive feedback from customers to improvise solution offerings.
  • Take lead in product & process innovations to fulfil Kaleidofin’s vision and create unique proposition for customers to achieve their life goals.

Position requirements

Formal education & certification

  • MBA from a reputed college
  • 2 – 3 years of related work experience preferably in insurance / finance / fin-tech company
  • In depth familiarity in financial services and technology domains
  • Certification required (can be done upon joining if not completed already)
    • NISM – Investment Adviser Series X-A (Level 1)
    • NISM – Investment Adviser Series X-B (Level 2)
    • Insurance Institute of India – Corporate Agent
