who can provide leadership in originating, structuring and establishing strategic long-term partnerships
across one or more of Kaleidofin’s platform channels viz. NBFCs, MFIs, small banks, and co-operative
banks. You must feel strongly about the power of financial technology, financial planning and analytics
to solve large real-world problems such as access to good finance.

  • As a partnerships/channel lead, you will be in charge of originating, structuring, negotiating and
    establishing strategic partnerships across one or more of Kaleidofin’s platform channels such as
    with NBFCs, MFIs, small banks and co-operative banks.
  • You will be in charge of generating, managing, and executing some of Kaleidofin’s most high
    impact activities for strategic alliances while having a strong technical aptitude to identify best
    in class alliances. This includes managing relationships and assisting for deals that are
    unconventional in nature and need a strong candidate to envision and understand their broader
  • This key role will report to the Head of Network Partnerships and have high visibility at senior
    levels of the company including business heads and the CEO. You will need to work with a high
    degree of independence, ownership and collaboration with internal stakeholders across risk,
    finance, analytics, and business teams. An ideal candidate will be proactive, action-biased and
    have an innovative, creative, analytical, technical, and strategic thinking ability with a passion for
  • Take the lead to identify, evaluate, execute and manage partnerships that will involve product,
    process, risk, analytics, technology components
  • Ability to assess technical feasibility, market size, business opportunity for the particular network
  • Evaluate economic, strategic cost-benefit, valuation analysis and thesis of partnerships
  • Lead cross-functional teams including on the ground sales teams to execute the partnerships
  • Activate and scale up partnerships, including customer activation, customer funnel management
    and customer sales
  • Develop best practices to foster, manage and track multiple opportunities with each network
  • Support relationship management of numerous partnerships forged by the team
  • Support Kaleidofin’s continuous learning by providing detailed feedback on customer insights,
    customer feedback on solutions as well as technology interface
  • Take full ownerships of customer service, customer support and customer happiness
  • Embody Kaleidofin values and take the lead in establishing a strong culture within the team

Position requirements
Formal education & certification

  • Any postgraduate degree, preferably in marketing or management sciences
  • 7 to 10 years similar or related experience of identifying, developing and executing (end-to-end)
    strategic channel partnerships, as well as experience in managing retail customer activation and
  • In depth familiarity in financial services and technology domains
