Who we are?

Kaleidofin is a fintech platform that propels customers towards their real-life goals by providing tailored financial solutions (financial plans that are bundles of financial products like savings, investments, insurance, liquidity and credit). We focus on customers who are working in the informal sector (800-900 million customers in India work in the informal sector without any documented evidence of income). Today, Kaleidofin serves customers across seven states of India.

Each financial solution is delivered via an easy to use mobile app. We use machine learning algorithms and leverage the full India stack to curate the right set of financial products, transform this into a solution personalized to each customers’ unique needs and characteristics, helping them to improve their relationship with their finances, create better financial behaviours, and achieve their life’s goals. We have partnered with six asset management companies, two banks and three insurance companies in order to provide a full financial plan to the customer. Our ambition is to provide wealth management where it matters the most to millions of informal sector customers.

What You’ll Do?  

  • Create the operational road map for the entire Operations framework.
  • Formulate and evaluate operations process flow strategies with the leadership team and promote their implementation.
  • Translate the strategic goals into operational plans to achieve the required targeted growth in AUM.
  • Implement and evaluate regularly the efficiency of operations procedures and formulate SOP for Operations Oversee the implementation of technology solutions for entire operational framework.
  • Establish the best industry practices in the investment and KYC operational front.
  • Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders.
  • Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
  • Evaluate overall performance of the team by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics

Who you need to be?

  • Strong persuasion/client management skills
  • Being a go getter with excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential
  • Good typing and PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Power point, MS Office)
  • A proven team player with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an elite team
  • Adapts easily to change
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Takes personal ownership and accountability of the work assigned
  • Demonstrates initiative and creative thinking

Basic requirements

  • Work experience: Minimum 8-10 years of as Operations Manager in Banking / NBFC / Financial services Mandatory
  • Education: 10+2+3/4+ MBA mandatory
