We are working towards creating fair and transparent financial solutions that can target millions of customers and enterprises in India that don’t have easy access to formal financial planning.

The company was one of only ten startups chosen for the Google LaunchPad Accelerator program in 2019, was recognized as India’s Most Innovative Wealth, Asset and Investment Management Service/Product by the Internet & Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) and was selected to present at United Nations General Assembly Special Task Force Event.

We have brought together a fantastic team with folks with prior experience at Google, Amazon, Oracle, Microsoft, IFMR, WebMD, that are all working towards this common mission together.

What You’ll Do?

  • Involved in Top level Hiring (Senior, Executive, Niche Hiring), Oversee organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes (Preparing the organization in scaling up)
  • Lead the leadership development interventions in line with future talent strategy
  • Designing organizational structure to support the required talent demand for smooth operations as per business plan
  • Building employer branding, attracting great talent and controlling attrition
  • Drive initiatives focused on employee Experience and Engagement
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Ensure effective cascading of HR policies & practices across the organization
  • Shapes, lead and deliver on Repetitive Employee lifecycle processes in partnership with Departmental Head (Probation , Induction, posh, Exit interviews, etc)
  • Drive change through organization design and various HR Strategies
  • Design, Drive and Lead Performance Management and performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Developing competitive compensation plans and maintaining equitable compensation system; implementing rewards & recognition programs
  • The role holder will lead on strategic HR work with a variety of business stakeholders, (e.g. Field process, setting up new field locations and growth for Network Partnership, Tech and Data Science Team)
  • Take complete ownership of HR Operations, Payroll, Statutory, Audits.
  • Advise, counsel and influence the business leadership team in executing the business plan.
  • Build strong relationships to partner effectively with Various Stakeholders.

Who You Need To Be?

  • Seasoned HR professional with 8+ years of experience post MBA
  • Led HR for a mid-sized organization.

  • Someone who can work with an organization in its scale-up a journey.
