Key Objectives

  1. Be the brand custodian of Kaleidofin.
  2. Devise and implement a successful talent branding strategy.
  3. Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
  4. Get people talking about – and evangelizing for – Kaleidofin.
  5. Build a ‘flywheel’ of customer acquisition that generates sales and revenue growth.
  6. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  7. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  8. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement a high-level marketing and branding strategy for the firm.
  2. Create a strong talent brand in partnership with HR that will help engage passive candidates and retain employees.
  3. Work with external PR agencies and vendors as and when required.
  4. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
  5. Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  6. Monitor the firm’s public reputation and respond accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications

  1. 3 – 5 years experience in marketing management. FinTech market experience a strong plus.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  3. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends).
  4. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  5. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  6. Brand development for Kaleidofin.
  7. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
