The incumbent will be responsible for managing and developing institutional partnerships that will offer financial solutions curated by kaleidofin in large networks spread across multiple geographies. Our target partners include Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), Cooperative bank, Regional Rural bank and banking

What you’ll Do:

  • Should be in charge of originating, structuring, negotiating and establishing strategic partnerships across one or more of Kaleidofin’s platform channels such as with NBFCs, MFIs, small banks and co-operative banks.
  • This role involves generating, managing, and executing some of Kaleidofin’s most high impact activities for strategic alliances while having a strong technical aptitude to identify best in class alliances
  • Should be good in managing relationships and assisting for deals across all Kaleidofins’s product suits.
  • Maintain good relationships at the CXO level to further deepen and scale our engagement across all kaleidofin products.
  • Identifying opportunities and latest developments in the financial services industry for digital transformations.
  • Evaluate economic, strategic cost-benefit, valuation analysis and thesis of partnerships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute and implement our products, processes.
  • Achieve revenue target

Who You Need To Be:

  • 7+ years experience in B2B sales to NBFC or similar institutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities
  • Looks for opportunities to build owns skills, knowledge and expertise.
