Candidate Profile:

Management graduate from a premier B- school with experience in an EA Role for atleast 2-3 years.
Must have prior exposure to business / financial analysis, business valuations, projects / program management, with outstanding ability to interact with top management. Must be a self-starter and flexible in approach. Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word are required. Prior experience of working in a Fintech firm, Investment Banking or Consulting firms is preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • 1. Fund Raise and Investor Liaison: Work strategically with CEO’s Office to create fundraising strategies, capital needs planning, and the creation and execution of multiple fundraising rounds
    Preparation of Financial Models, Investment pitches and Presentations and Exit strategies
    Support the management team in the preparation and execution of inbound and outbound transactions
    Assisting the deal lead in the entire deal execution including being part of Investor calls
    Collateral preparation including financial model, IM, Teasers, competition benchmarking, valuation comps, etc.
    Coordination of various due diligence processes (tax, financial, legal, etc.), investor/client calls & meetings, etc.
    Deal documentation & closure processes
    Preparation & updation of marketing materials for clients, media, conferences, etc.
  • 2. Project Management: Overseeing key projects from CEO’s office. Responsibility and accountability for meeting the assigned project goals within the timelines. Conceptualize programs and then coordinate and facilitate their implementation by working closely with the Business Units and Corporate Functions.
  • 3. Business Research: Perform frequent and rigorous research on key Business topics both internally and externally to identify the organization’s fitment to strategic frameworks, establish industry trends, and collect benchmark data.
  • 4. Data Analysis: Involved in data analysis; preparing presentations; carefully evaluating and summarizing financial data and presenting data in a way that enables decision-making.
  • 5. Meeting Management: Facilitate/coordinate various management forums and follow-up with various leadership members, and stakeholders towards timely closure of action items. End-to-end responsibilities from protocol management to follow-up of action items from the management office. Highlight areas of concern, and risks that may hinder the smooth operations of management meetings.
  • 6. Communication Liaison: Manage the flow of information to members of the leadership team of Kaleidofin. Summarize reports that are received before passing the information on to the CEO.
  • 7. Board Support: Formulation of strategy notes to the board, assisting in the preparation of board materials, and coordination with the board of directors.
  • Location: Chennai.
  • Career Path: The role offers a bird’s eye view of the firm’s strategy, decision-making, and operations. After 3-5 years in this role, the incumbent can transition into a senior-level role in the Product Team or into a Strategy or Advocacy role.
