What you’ll do?

  1. Drive business development initiatives for credit analytics products and services.
  2. Identify key opportunities for institutions that provide credit, and drive engagement with those
    institutions.
  3. Execute the strategic business development plans for Kiscore business line while working with key internal stakeholders ex: VP institutional sales, data scientists, technology team.
  4. Prepare and provide business reviews to the product management and engineering team regarding progress and roadblocks to establishing new client engagements.
  5. Conduct client facing workshops globally both in person and virtually as needed.
  6. Would demand about 50% travel
  7. Project manage Kiscore business line adoption target per partner working closely with NP Relationship managers and Technology/Credit Analytics (Data science) team to manage the roll-out and lifecycle of credit analytics solutions for Kaleidofin’s partner institutions like SFBs, Nbfc, Nbfc – MFI, cooperative banks and other leading financial institutions. Project manage technology integrations, partner relationship management and product life cycle for each institutional customer. Manage cross-sell, upsell goals. End to end project management – roll- out, stabilise, scale-up of Kiscore business line
  8. Opportunity to work closely with the founding team in conceptualising and developing solutions to complex business problems

Who you need to be?

  1. Experience in preparing business plan and owning it to make it a success.
  2. Relevant business level technical knowledge is required, such as: how a credit model works, how
    is data analysed.
  3. Business acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving emerging technologies.
  4. Presentation and writing skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional
    audiences.
  5. Strong communication and strategic influencing skills
  6. Must be results-oriented and have a proven ability to get things done through people, including those not under direct management.
  7. Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  8. Demonstrated project management ability to track multiple programs concurrently and to report progress in an executive level dashboard to senior management

Qualifications and Education Requirements

3+ years of experience in the financial technology industry preferably in credit.
