you will work with the founders of kaleidofin (a fintech platform that propels underbanked customers towards realising their goals, by providing intuitive and personalised financial solutions) on the following:

  • setting the network partnership strategy that helps scale up kaleidofin to millions of underbanked customers
  • collaborative consulting with distribution networks on strategic advantages of partnership with kaleidofin
  • conceptualise, roll out and project manage network partnerships
  • market research on network partnership sectors
  • business planning for kaleidofin and its network partners
  • design a suite of financial solutions that is relevant for the customer base

you must feel strongly about the power of financial technology and analytics to solve large real world problems such as access to good finance. you must be analytical and entrepreneurial with a razor sharp focus on execution. a business consulting background especially in financial services is very relevant for the role.

    • to build customer profiling, underwriting, solution design and machine learning suitability algorithms to solve this gigantic customer problem.
    • to leverage networks such as agents, cooperatives, self-help groups, temp agencies, mfis to deliver suitable solutions at enormous scale.
