CareersJob title: Area Manager/Regional Manager – Impact and Business Number of positions : 4 [Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Ahmedabad, West UP] The incumbent will work with Kaleidofin’s (a fintech platform that propels underbanked customers towards realising their goals, by providing intuitive and personalised financial solutions) high performance sales team on the following: The incumbent will be responsible for managing sales of financial/investment/savings solutions curated by kaleidofin’s Solutions team in the assigned territory. The role includes managing a sales force of field agents assigned to kaleidofin by partner institutions including field staff of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), business correspondents of corporate BC partners, staff of NGOs etc. Responsibilities include- Development of sales strategy and achievement of budgeted sales targets and activity management KPIs for the region Recruit, Mentor, motivate and guide a team of kaleidofin appointed cluster managers Channel Management– deep engagement with the agents and supervisors of kaleidofin’s channel/network partner institutions that includes Microfinance Institutions, NBFCs, NGOs and similar partners. Developing and managing Sales forecasting and operating plan by partner, geography including managing employee productivity ratios, customer acquisition, persistency/regularity, assets under management (AUM) including average AUM per customer and managing distribution and operating costs. Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting trainings on financial solutions, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills Desired Skills & Experience – Education & Experience: The role will possess the following qualifications and experience: Any graduate with Master’s degree, Sales/Marketing management preferred Strong business development, team management experience (3 – 7 years) and high performance track record within a large Indian or multinational organisation preferably within the Micro-lending, Insurance and other similar industry with a major focus on Rural Channels Possess exceptional team management, relationship management & interpersonal skills Possess Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities An effective communicator The candidate should feel strongly about the power of financial technology and analytics to solve large real-world problems such as access to good finance. you must be analytical and entrepreneurial with a razor-sharp focus on execution.
